Job summary

ENTRON CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, coordinating workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

You will maintain safety standards, oversee progress reporting, and ensure accurate site records while coordinating with consultants and owners to match project requirements. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication on a busy site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction site activities.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource utilization and task completion.
• Communicate effectively with project Consultants and Owner to align site operations with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and verify work completion according to schedule to maintain project milestones.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Maintain accurate site records of safety incidents, progress updates, and manpower deployment for reporting and compliance.
• Prepare detailed weekly site progress reports to inform stakeholders of current status and issues.
• Oversee site housekeeping and cleanliness to promote a safe and organized worksite.]
