Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our network and IT infrastructure.

Real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution will be performed across Windows and Linux environments. Responsibilities include monitoring systems and devices, fault response, incident management, disaster recovery support, and 24x7 shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a local Polytechnic.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation processes (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all systems, applications, network devices, and telecommunication lines.
• Perform fault response, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Execute user service requests in alignment with QMS standards.
