Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior UX/lead role.
• Experience simplifying complex multi-channel systems.
• Ability to facilitate alignment workshops with executives.
• Expertise in design tokens and scalable UI systems.
• Strong foundation in user research and field studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder alignment workshops with senior leaders across product, tech and operations.
• Conduct field research and translate insights into multi-channel journey blueprints.
• Develop and maintain master design token systems and layout frameworks.
• Ensure UI components align with backend capabilities and product requirements.
• Own quality gatekeeping through audits in staging/UAT environments.
