Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, experience design, or design research.
• Strong portfolio linking design decisions to user experience.
• Proficiency in cross-platform design across mobile, desktop and conversational interfaces.
• Experience using generative and agentic AI in design processes.
• Ability to evaluate designs through research and testing and adapt post-launch.
• Excellent communication to convey design rationale to diverse audiences.
• Depth in information architecture, interaction design, usability testing.
• Finance-domain knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer challenges to inform design solutions with business and engineering teams.
• Plan and conduct user research; translate insights into design principles.
