Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, retail management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, trade or brand marketing.
• Experience with retailers, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and retail operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns across all retail channels.
• Translate brand objectives into retailer-specific activation plans to drive traffic, conversion, and sell-out.
• Support planning and execution of promotional calendars, retailer exclusives and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams and retailers to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Monitor retail performance and campaign results, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate omnichannel activation plans across retail, EC, social, CRM, and digital touchpoints.
• Ensure consistent brand campaigns and manage assets, POSM, and merchandising materials.
• Support VM installations and seasonal merchandising refreshes, audits for in-store experience.
