Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail Singapore offers an internship to support digital marketing across Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, and The Ginza. You will work with Brand & Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to learn omnichannel management in travel retail beauty.

Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, supporting ecommerce toolkit development, social media research, and monthly data tracking for three brands. Strong Chinese communication is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or postgrad in Marketing or Business.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Chinese preferred; strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate omnichannel campaigns with stakeholders, including localization, media planning, and content management.
• Assist Ecommerce merchandizing across retailers and brand platforms, with product pages and pricing analysis.
• Conduct monthly social media research and coordinate trade activities to feature on owned platforms.
• Track and consolidate data across brands, monitor pricing and market trends for opportunities.
• Provide copywriting and English-Chinese translation support for assets.
