Job summary

Income Insurance Limited in Singapore is seeking an Omni Channel Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the channel and ensure business processes are well implemented.

You will onboard and offboard advisors, manage data for reporting, handle customer and advisor inquiries, support campaigns, and assist with document processing and UAT testing as needed.

A strong eye for detail and proficiency with MS Office will help you succeed in this fast-paced, data-driven role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to handle data accurately.
• Organized with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the onboarding and offboarding of advisors for Omni Channel
• Perform collecting, processing, and updating of data for project and business management reporting
• Handling servicing enquiries from customers and advisors
• Handling voucher processing for digital and partnership campaigns
• Provide administrative support including checking of submissions/processing documents for payment
• Operations setup/coordination for any POC initiatives
• Performing UAT/Production validation for product deployment
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned
