Job summary

NW CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Junior Operations Specialist to support trading and logistics activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate the operational execution of oil cargoes from start to finish, liaising with senior operators, traders and external counterparties to ensure smooth, timely and compliant operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies or related field.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills; proactive mindset.
Strong interest in physical oil and petrochemical trading and logistics operations.
Good command of written and spoken English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and verify trade documents and contracts for compliance.
Coordinate import/export and third-party trading operations for petroleum products.
Monitor cargo shipments and vessel schedules; provide updates.
Negotiate payment terms and other commercial arrangements with counterparties.
Calculate cargo pricing, prepare invoices and monitor payments.
Calculate and manage demurrage claims; follow up on collections.
Coordinate cargo and vessel operations, including after-hours support when needed.
Review freight invoices and records; support approvals for payment.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, shipments and financial transactions.
Undertake other duties assigned by Management.
