PETRON SINGAPORE TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a contracts and logistics professional to prepare and review petroleum-related contracts, coordinate import/export operations, and monitor shipment status.

The role involves LC negotiations, pricing calculations, invoicing, and SAP entries, with after-hours responsiveness as needed. Candidates should have 1–2 years in oil trading operations, a degree in Engineering or Business, and strong Excel skills (VBA/Python/Power BI/Tableau are a plus).

Formación

Degree in Engineering or Business.
1-2 years' experience in oil trading operations preferred.
Knowledgeable in supply chain logistics and maritime shipping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; VBA, Python, data analytics or automation is a bonus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bilingual in English.

Responsabilidades

Prepares contracts using the company format and reviews/counters with counterparties.
Manages import/export and third-party contracts for petroleum products.
Monitors shipment and vessel status; updates stakeholders.
Negotiates letters of credit terms with counterparties.
Calculates pricing, prepares invoices, and records SAP entries.
Files demurrage claims and follows up with counterparties.
