seeks an Operations Performance Engineer to drive KPI-based improvements for the assigned unit, supporting technical analyses and assisting the Operations Manager in client and authority interfaces. The role emphasizes monitoring KPIs, identifying root causes, and coordinating with offshore and onshore teams to ensure maximum availability and safe operation while contributing to budget planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Postgraduation in areas related to the discipline of expertise is a competitive edge.
• Engineer JR/PL/SR/Specialist: overall experience is expected.
• Previous experience in Offshore Oil & Gas area is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations performance by monitoring KPIs and coordinating with Technical Support to address deviations.
• Support the Operations Manager in client and authority interfaces, ensuring safe operation and target achievement.
• Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and MOC processes, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.
• Act as onshore support to offshore team, guiding them through procedures and system usage.
• Engage in routine Operations Cell activities, planning, and collaboration to balance workloads.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
