Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Document Controller for FPSO/offshore projects in Singapore. You will manage project documents, maintain EDM/SharePoint, and ensure timely distribution across disciplines.

Minimum 3 years in oil & gas services, strong English, and proficiency with Office 365 are required; Power BI is a plus. This role is based in Singapore and supports offshore project execution.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in similar services in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Advanced use of Office package software such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
• Experience in FPSO construction and commissioning
• Good communication skills in English language

Responsibilities

• Experience as previous Document Controller for FPSOs or offshore projects.
• Control project documents using systems (EDM, etc.), including activities not limited to the updating of dashboards/SharePoint, filing documents physically and electronically and sharing technical documentation periodically with all disciplines of the project.
• Power BI skills are desirable.
• Requisite knowledge in Office 365 Package.
• High proficiency in English language. Proficiency in local language is an advantage but not a must.
