Job summary

Peak Ocean is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a Singapore-based rig construction and reactivation project. You will own the document control system, maintain the MDR, and ensure accurate revision control and controlled distribution to all disciplines and site teams.

You will manage transmittals, Technical Query logs, audits, and handover packs (as-built registers, certifications, O&M manuals) in support of project delivery and asset readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of document control experience in engineering, construction, or offshore/marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's document control system and Master Document Register.
• Administer transmittals and correspondence between client, contractors and end client.
• Prepare document control status reports for Project Manager and Project Director.
