Job summary

YCH DistriPark Sdn. Bhd. seeks a technically oriented specialist to support daily operations and provide hands-on assistance with equipment operation, testing and auditing.

You will handle issues, maintain records of maintenance, liaise with stakeholders, and assist in evaluating new techniques. A degree in digital systems or computer engineering is preferred, and SAP knowledge is advantageous. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree (or above) preferably in digital systems and computer engineering.
• Knowledge of R2, Responsible Recycling for E-Waste.
• Advantage knowledge of Life Cycle for personal computer.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain.
• Proficient with computer functions and SAP knowledge.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for providing technical assistance with equipment operation.
• To perform below equipment testing and auditing check: Computer, iPhone, MacBook, Router.
• Responsible for all technical issues/escalation (e.g., repair keyboard, PC/laptops).
• Perform specimen handling, control and tracking functions to identify and troubleshoot defective materials.
• Ensuring all inspection procedures are compliant with client’s SOP and completed within the assigned timeline.
• Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle.
• Be the main contact point with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
