Job description

The TA team plays a pivotal role in engaging, identifying and hiring top talents to drive the firm’s success. The team partners with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, recruitment operations and other ah hoc projects.

As a TA intern, you will partner closely with the TA team to support the successful delivery of recruitment initiatives across the organisation. Beyond assisting with day‑to‑day hiring activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects in process optimisation, employer branding, talent intelligence, gaining valuable exposure to strategic talent acquisition practices within a dynamic corporate environment.
