Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an ERP Consultant / Development Lead to drive end-to-end Odoo implementations for Japanese enterprises expanding in Southeast Asia. You will focus on Fit‑to‑Standard design, hands‑on development leadership, and close collaboration with offshore delivery teams to tackle complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, testing, data migration, and ensuring scalable solutions across multi‑country projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementations (ERP, SCM) ideally with Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Fit‑to‑Standard methodologies and data migration.
• Leadership experience in development, testing, or migration phases of global IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design, development, testing, and data migration for ERP projects.
• Define and execute development and testing strategies with offshore partners.
• Translate business requirements into Fit‑to‑Standard ERP solutions, minimizing customization.
• Actively manage tasks, issues, and progress during development, testing, and migration phases.
• Ensure high system quality and scalable solutions across multi‑country projects.
