Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an ERP Project Manager (Japanese Speaker) based in Singapore with full onsite duties. You will oversee the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning to execution, leading budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement while defining business and system requirements in alignment with Odoo functionality.

The role requires strong client management, global project leadership experience, and fluency in Japanese and English to coordinate with clients,

Qualifications

• Strong client engagement and negotiation skills to balance budgets and requirements.
• IT project leadership experience in global environments, including planning, governance, and deliverables.
• Experience with packaged software implementations, ERP/SCM, Fit-to-Standard, and data migration.
• Fluency in Japanese and English for global team and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and issue management.
• Drive reporting and stakeholder consensus.
• Define business and system requirements with hands-on design aligned to standard ERP functionality (Odoo).
