Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of ocean freight operations experience (import/export).
• Familiarity with FCL/LCL processes, permit declarations, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle ocean freight operations (import & export) for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and trucking companies to secure space and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle shipment-related issues, including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
