Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to manage export sea freight operations in Singapore. You will coordinate shipments with overseas offices and local contractors, update customers on progression, and ensure timely handling of all shipping documents.

Experience in export sea freight (3–5 years) and familiarity with Sysfreight are preferred. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday work week at our Changi Logistics Centre in Loyang.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in export sea freight.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Inform customers and all parties promptly on shipment progress.
• Handle and process shipping documentation.
• Perform customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details into the in-house operations system.
• Carry out other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
