Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd is hiring a dedicated Nursing Admin Assistant for our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit, with initial duties at the MacPherson/Hougang branch in Singapore. The role supports the nursing department and coordinates daily operations.

You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, assist with admissions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with SOPs, vaccination logs, and quality indicators to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written expression.
• Ability to understand residents' needs and respond empathetically.
• Good understanding of relevant legislation and policies in care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint.
• Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Nurse Manager and nursing team.
• Prepare and process new admissions.
• Collate and compile Clinical Quality Indicators.
• Write minutes for nursing meetings.
• Maintain and update SOPs.
• Coordinate outpatient appointments for residents.
• Collate training records for staff.
• Maintain vaccination records for residents and staff.
• Collate and maintain residents database for ACP/PPC.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
