THE LENTOR RESIDENCE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Laundry Assistant for a new nursing home in Kaki Bukit, with duties including washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean laundry to wards. The role is based at the Macpherson/Hougang location, requiring physical stamina and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry tasks according to standard procedures.
• Collect soiled laundry from wards, wash, dry and fold; deliver to wards as scheduled.
• Clean washers, dryers and maintain storage areas.
• Follow safety precautions with equipment and chemicals.
• Report hazardous conditions and equipment to supervisor.
• Operate washing machines and dryers.
• Other laundry-related duties as assigned.

Looking for experienced Laundry Assistantfor our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit. He/She will start work at existing branch located in Macpherson/Hougang.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry tasks according to standard procedures
• Collect soiled laundry from wards, wash, dry and fold laundry and deliver clean laundry to the wards as scheduled
• Clean washers, dryers and maintain storage areas
• Follow safety precautions when performing tasks, when using equipment & handling washing chemicals
• Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the supervisor
• Operate washing machine & dryers
• Any other laundry related duties.

Job Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Physically fit, able to handle heavy loads of laundry and able to stand for long hours during duty
• Hardworking, responsible, and co-operative
• 6 days shift work, including Public Holiday and weekends, day shift
