The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit. You will start at the existing branch located in Macpherson/Hougang, assisting the Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality, efficient and cost-effective care for residents and families.

You will oversee the multidisciplinary team, drive quality assurance, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure policies and staff development across all shifts,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in nursing settings.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the multi-disciplinary team.
• Responsible for compliance with nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.
• Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate nursing care. Ensure quality audits are planned and conducted periodically.
• Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery.
• Ensure written policies and procedures and work processes are up to date to guide nursing care delivery.
• Ensure smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community where possible.
• Direct care of residents to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services.
• Direct and facilitate staff development and competencies upgrading through various opportunities.
• Guide orientation / induction programmes and preceptorship for new care staff.
