Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit, with initial work at our Macpherson/Hougang branch. The role involves assessing and treating residents, leading quality projects, and training therapy staff.

Requirements include at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma/Degree in a related discipline, full AHPC registration, and strong communication skills. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Diploma or degree in a related discipline
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• AHPC training for supervisors is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working with elderly residents

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, treat and evaluate residents/clients with disabilities for optimal care
• Participate and lead quality improvement and quality assurance projects
• Conduct training sessions for therapists, support staff and other health care professionals
• Manage a team of therapy assistants to support physiotherapy treatment according to clinical protocols and service standards
• Lead the collation of statistics to monitor performance of staff and services
• Contribute towards increased profile of the department and profession through inter-department interactions
• Work as part of collaborative, interdisciplinary teams with other allied health professionals, centre in charge, nurses and operations team
