Job summary

Our client, a leading private bank in Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its NRI client segment. You will work with Relationship Managers to service high-net-worth clients, manage accounts, and assist with investment and banking solutions.

The role involves onboarding, KYC, preparing reviews and reports, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a similar client servicing role.
• Experience supporting NRI clients would be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of private banking products, investments and wealth management solutions.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing a portfolio of NRI high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client servicing and account-related matters.
• Assist with client onboarding, account opening, KYC and documentation requirements.
• Prepare client reviews, portfolio reports, meeting materials and investment-related presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Investment Advisory, Product, Credit, Operations, Compliance and Legal to facilitate client requests.
• Assist Relationship Managers with investment transactions and the implementation of wealth management solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, transactions and documentation to ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support cross-selling of relevant banking and investment products.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activities comply with the bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support Relationship Managers in developing and maintaining strong relationships with NRI clients and their families.
