Job summary

empower partners search pte. ltd. is partnering with a leading private bank in Singapore to appoint an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) for the NRI client segment.

The ARM will support Relationship Managers in managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, focusing on client servicing, onboarding, and wealth solutions.

Strong communication, organisational skills, and private banking knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Experience supporting NRI clients is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of private banking products and wealth solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support RMs in serving a portfolio of NRI HNW/UHNW clients.
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day servicing and account matters.
• Assist with onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
• Prepare client reviews, portfolio reports, and investment presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client requests.
• Assist with investment transactions and wealth solutions implementation.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients and their families.
