DBS Bank Ltd. Asia Central in Singapore is seeking a Contract (Fixed Term), full-time Credit Collections Officer to manage the CP-S portfolio of delinquent cases and NPL resolutions, aiming to maximise recovery and minimise losses.

You will conduct calls, assess rescheduling requests, liaise with lawyers and insurers, update systems, and ensure compliance with loan monitoring rules while delivering reliable customer service.

Formación

• Diploma holder and above in any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the CP-S collection process from Soft-Collection through Rescheduling to Enforcement.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent cases and/or NPLs; negotiate repayment terms and obtain approvals for recall or write-off.
• Work with lawyers, receivers, valuers and auctioneers in enforcement/disposal of collateral.
• Monitor repayments and update system/database for reporting and tracking.
