Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an OSAT management professional to lead NPI projects from development to mass production. You will ensure proper change control, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide OSAT to achieve production excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong Excel/Office skills, and optional JMP and Power/BGA packaging knowledge. Domestic and international travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Office suite.
• Knowledge of JMP is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience of Power and BGA packaging is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSAT on NPI projects from development through mass production.
• Ensure change management follows ST NPI protocol with proper documentation.
• Deliver results for NPI to ensure timely product introduction and quality.
• Coordinate technical resources to resolve production crises and delivery challenges.
• Provide technical leadership to OSAT for production excellence.
• Collaborate with ST & OSAT cross-functional teams for yield and quality improvements.
• Develop and drive Central Technical initiatives per organizational directions.
• Support assembly-related quality issues with root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Review and submit documentation into ST systems (TGA, NPI deliverables, recipes, control plans).
• Able to travel to countries depending on business needs.
