Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. seeks an Engineering Associate for New Product Introduction (NPI) to support RF filter products from prototype to launch. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning and operations to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and successful qualification of new products.

The role emphasizes DOE planning, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced semiconductor environment based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplines; 1 year of NPI/R&D/Process/Manufacturing/Project Coordination in semiconductor industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong documentation and organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI activities for RF filter products, including prototypes, DOE, qualification builds and product launches.
• Prepare and execute NPI requirements: checklists, schedules, process setups, materials specs and logistics.
• Coordinate DOE sample handovers and project activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track NPI lifecycle activities in the Agile system and maintain infrastructure documentation and project trackers.
• Monitor sample movement, build progress, risks and escalate issues to support on-time completion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Operations to resolve issues affecting DOE builds.
