Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Intern for NPI projects in a dynamic, global environment. You will support semiconductor NPI activities, prepare key documents, coordinate samples, and track milestones across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes data organization, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, Computer Software or related field.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or NPI activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fair knowledge of Python or programming.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Interest in process improvement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for semiconductor products.
• Help prepare project documents, checklists, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate sample movement and follow up with different teams on project activities.
• Track project status, milestones, and sample progress.
• Maintain and update records in company systems.
• Assist engineers in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Support quality checks, yield monitoring, and qualification activities.
• Participate in process improvement and standardization projects.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to solve day-to-day issues.
• Perform other project support tasks as assigned.
