Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to manage new product introduction projects from development through production launch, coordinating transfers and readiness across Engineering, Production and Quality teams.

Based in Serangoon, you will support engineering changes, troubleshooting and root cause investigations, monitor schedules, and ensure documentation and manufacturing records are prepared for mass production.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing support.
• Familiar with engineering change management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
