RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead new product introductions from development through production launch. You will coordinate transfers, ensure manufacturing readiness, and work with Engineering, Production, Quality to resolve issues.

The role requires strong NPI, transfer and manufacturing support expertise, plus familiarity with change management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. ISO 13485/FDA experience is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing support.
• Familiar with engineering change management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new product introduction projects from development through production launch.
• Coordinate product transfers and ensure manufacturing readiness for new and existing products.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and other teams to resolve manufacturing and product issues.
• Support engineering changes, troubleshooting, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, coordinate resources and ensure production milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain product and manufacturing documentation, including first article and quality-related records.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure smooth transition of products into mass production.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
