Hrnet Ventures Pte Ltd - Crew by Hrnet is seeking an Assembly Operator in Tampines to assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and install server racks while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. After a 3-month training period, expect rotating day and night shifts within a 4-day work week with Sundays off.

The position offers a basic salary of $2,300–$3,000 plus day/night shift allowances and transport/meals per workday, in a well-established technology manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Able to perform manual assembly in a production environment.
• Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts after training.
• Candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components.
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets.
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift

Training Period (First 3 Months): Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

After Training: Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts.

• Day: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Choose One Fixed Team:

• Team A: Monday - Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday - Saturday
