Sunshine Prata Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality North and South Indian dishes in accordance with food health and safety standards.

You will follow recipes, organize workstations, and assist other cooks to ensure timely meal preparation. The ideal candidate has proven cooking experience, the ability to work in a team, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and food presentation. ServSafe certification is preferred, and the role requires standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience as a cook.
• Ability to follow recipes.
• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare high-quality meals according to company recipes.
• Store excess food at correct temperatures to avoid spoilage.
• Ensure portions and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor supplies and reorder stock as needed.
• Ensure cooking utensils are clean before use.
• Clean and sterilize food prep areas.
• Assist other cooks to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Efficiently resolve issues with customers' orders.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
