Qualifications

• Experience in financial services industry, preferably with exposure to regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, statutory and fiduciary requirements in financial services.
• Experience serving in governance roles or director appointments is advantageous.
• Professionalism, judgment and stakeholder management skills are required to fulfill nominee directorship responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Nominee Director for assigned client entities in accordance with engagement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including the Singapore Companies Act.
• Oversee corporate governance matters and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
• Identify and communicate potential business growth opportunities to management while handling client engagements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support business needs.
