Job summary

COMSERVICE (SINGAPORE) SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel for shift-based NOC operations in Singapore.

The role includes remote hand services, customer support and hotline duties, with supervision of vendors for ongoing NOC maintenance and structured cable installations. The candidate will escort customers and vendors during Data Hall visits, escalate issues to tier 2 engineers or shift managers, and assist management with IT equipment moves, inventory updates, and temperature monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc
• Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc
• Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit
• Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager
• Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment move-in or testing
• Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list etc
• Temperature monitoring
