Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a System of Systems Engineer for a 1-year contract at Changi. You will monitor and coordinate multiple integrated systems to maintain real-time situational awareness.

Key duties include health checks, event logging, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination. Diploma/Higher Nitec in Infocomm Tech required; ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends; NOC experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster).
• Experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time operation events and escalate as needed.
• Monitor alarm alerts and coordinate with the response team; prepare reports.
• Act as MAC first responder for system defects.
• Communicate defects via inbound/outbound calls or group chat.
• Update PM/CM logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
