Job summary

ViewQwest is expanding its Network Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on providing service management for network systems, monitoring alerts, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for business clients.

You will coordinate with partners, handle escalations, and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in CS/IT/Engineering, has 2+ years of related experience, and is comfortable working rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Interest in Internet technologies, routing, switching, and ISP-related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Management to supervise the network system and monitor alerts.
• Ensure network security and monitor performance of business network.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for network products/services.
• Handle Tier 2 customer escalations and troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot IP services/networks to meet SLA, MTTR, and QoS targets.
• Influence enhancements to network components and integrate new technologies.
• Maintain VPN/WAN/LAN updates and document incident resolutions.
