Job summary
The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking Network Engineers to join a global data centre solutions provider’s NOC team in Singapore.
The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating with on-site technicians to resolve network issues in a demanding 24/7 data centre environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data centre/network operations, solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP, and are comfortable with rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Centre / IDC network operations.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF and BGP.
- Network troubleshooting experience.
- Linux knowledge is a plus.
- CCNA / JNCIA is advantageous.
- Good communication and English proficiency.
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to network alerts in a 24/7 data centre environment.
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify critical incidents.
- Support network break-fix activities and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with on-site technicians for physical network activities.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team.
