Job summary

COMSERVICE (SINGAPORE) SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a NOC support professional to handle shift-based operations, assist with data hall visits, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and cable/rack installations.

You will escalate incidents to tier 2 engineers, assist with IT equipment moves and inventory updates, and monitor temperature to ensure optimal conditions in data facilities.

Qualifications

• Provide shift work NOC operations including remote hand service, customer support, hotline.
• Supervise vendors for scheduled NOC maintenance and installations (cable, cross connect, rack).
• Escort customers/vendors for Data Halls visits.
• Escalate problems/incidents to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
• Assist Manager/Engineer with IT equipment moves and testing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support NOC operations during shifts.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and installations.
• Escort visitors to Data Halls as required.
• Escalate and track incidents to appropriate support levels.
• Assist with equipment moves, testing and inventory updates.
• Monitor temperature and report anomalies.

• Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit;
