Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Deliver superior customer service and resolve complaints.
• Manage inventory, costs, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise staff shifts and appraise performance.
• Monitor safety and sanitation compliance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual revenue/expense reports.
• Promote the brand via events and local marketing.
• Train employees on service standards.
• Develop policies to sustain efficient operations.
