Job summary

STAR NINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-energy F&B Manager to lead our culinary and bar operations in a KTV venue in Singapore. You will drive seamless service, quality snacks and drinks, and a standout guest experience while singing the night away.

Your focus is to maximize revenue through upselling and menu engineering, while maintaining strict hygiene and cost controls across front- and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume nightlife, lounge, or entertainment venue.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• A passion for hospitality and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory software, and POS systems.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws, health department regulations, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly to private suites.
• Design and update a menu balancing easy-to-eat finger foods with premium platters and a diverse beverage program.
• Recruit, train, and mentor floor staff, bartenders, and kitchen crew to deliver attentive service.
• Manage stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor F&B costs to maintain healthy margins.
• Conduct regular room checks and kitchen audits to ensure food safety and presentation meet standards.
• Collaborate with marketing to create F&B packages for events.
• Execute ad hoc duties to ensure smooth venue operations.
