Job summary

STAR NINE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the nightly show operations. You will ensure a seamless transition from soundcheck to doors-open, manage bar efficiency and artist hospitality, and uphold safety and operational protocols to maintain the venue’s vibe.

The role is second-in-command, focusing on high-quality customer service, strict compliance, and efficient logistics for events with potential touring acts and sold-out crowds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROS to ensure artists arrive on time and doors open on schedule.
• Supervise FOH team including bar staff, security, and ticketing.
• Enforce liquor laws, capacity limits and fire safety codes.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory to avoid shortages.
• Handle nightly cash-outs, bar/box office float, and settlements.
