The ideal candidate has hospitality management experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting in a dynamic lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, preferably in bar or nightclub settings.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team and motivate staff.
• Customer-focused with ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays in hospitality.
• Education: high school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: recruit, train, supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage payroll.
• Customer Service: ensure excellent service, resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Operations Management: oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, safety compliance.
• Event Coordination: plan events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests.
• Financial Management: monitor revenue, budget control, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Community Engagement: build local relationships and promote the lounge.
