You will deliver advanced technical support, manage ticket backlogs, and lead troubleshooting for data backup, virtualization, and cloud failovers while collaborating with the support team to escalate and

Qualifications

5+ years in technical support, systems engineering or IT infra focused on backup/DR.
Ability to work independently under high-pressure disaster scenarios.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication to manage high-priority incidents and trust.
In-depth knowledge of backups, failover, and recovery testing.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level support via phone and email for partner issues.
Prioritize and manage a ticket backlog for timely resolutions.
Lead troubleshooting for backup, storage, virtualization, and networking issues.
Perform advanced data restores, backup virtualization, and cloud failovers.
Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex cases.
