Job summary

Persol is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a fixed night shift in Singapore. This role requires 1–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, and involves providing L1 support across applications, hardware, networks, and manufacturing systems such as MES and WMS.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1 to 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Application Support, or End-User Support.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, security concepts, and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

Provide L1 support for applications, systems, and end users, ensuring timely issue resolution or escalation.
Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, printer, and system-related incidents.
Perform initial troubleshooting for infrastructure and network issues and escalation when necessary.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and end-user devices.
Monitor and support manufacturing systems such as MES and WMS.
Execute routine IT operational, security, and audit activities during the shift.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and incident logs.
