Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle guest inquiries and bookings via phone, email and online channels. The role requires permanent night shift availability and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, upselling hotel services, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues while maintaining guest privacy and satisfaction. A minimum of GCE O levels and 1 year in front office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of GCE O levels.
• At least 1 year of relevant hotel front office experience.
• Able to commit to permanent night shift hours (5 days per week, 9.5 hours per shift, including 45 minutes meal break).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, modifications or cancellations.
• Process room bookings through calls, emails and online channels.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities and policies.
• Upsell dining options, room upgrades and other services.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and direct to appropriate departments.
• Assist with service recovery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
