Job summary

You will lead Manufacturing Specialists, coach staff, review schedules, apply lean principles such as Kaizen and 6S, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform permanent night shift.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to achieve production targets.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists to promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance skills, performance, and discipline.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
