Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Test Maintenance Supervisor for our Woodlands, Singapore site. You will lead maintenance activities and drive equipment reliability to support manufacturing performance and business objectives.

You will coach a team of maintenance professionals, implement preventive and predictive programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.

Support installation, calibration, qualification and maintenance of test equipment and robotics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and reduce disruptions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, downtime, and yield.
