Job summary

Seagate International Headquarters Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks a Shift Operator for end-to-end quality inspections. You will perform in-process inspections and OBA checks to ensure product quality and workmanship meet standards.

You will support QC activities across assigned night shifts, document results, and assist QA Engineers and line leaders. The role requires following safety and ESD procedures to maintain a safe, productive line.

Qualifications

• Follows standard procedures for inspections and work instructions.
• Demonstrates basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Willing to learn new skills and methods and apply them on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform in‑process quality inspections by following standard procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct Out‑of‑Box Audit (OBA) inspections to check product quality and workmanship.
• Support QC activities during assigned shifts, including Backend ESD inspections and weekly Gemba walks.
• Record inspection results accurately and report defects to QA Engineers or line leaders.
• Assist with preparing inspection records for customer audits or visits and other QA tasks as required.
• Follow safety rules, ESD requirements, and backend process discipline for safe production operations.
