• Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders comply with SOPs, cut off times, and SLA requirements.
• Monitor order status and highlight delays or exceptions.
• Liaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling and exceptions.
• Support inventory related enquiries and discrepancy investigations.
• Track daily order fulfilment performance and prepare reports.
