The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong coordination, and the ability to work in a cold environment while maintaining hygiene standards (HACCP/SFA). Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in meat or seafood processing.
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precision tasks.
• Ability to work night shifts in a cold environment while maintaining food hygiene standards (HACCP/SFA).

Responsabilités

• Perform high-volume knife work including portioning, deboning, skinning, and trimming seafood to specifications.
• Inspect raw materials for freshness and flag deviations from cold chain standards.
• Operate and maintain industrial fish processing machines with minimal waste.
• Store products in cold storage promptly after processing.
• Label packs with batch codes, expiry dates, and weights; ensure packaging integrity.
• Maintain a clean workspace and conduct end-of-shift deep cleans per HACCP/SFA.
• Ensure machine guards and emergency stops are functional and followed.
